By purchasing a subscription or accessing streams provided by Nexus4KTV, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, you should not purchase or use our services.
Each standard subscription plan allows a specific number of simultaneous connections (1, 2, 3, or 4 devices) as selected at checkout. Attempting to stream on more devices simultaneously than your plan allows may result in temporary stream lockout.
High-definition and 4K streaming requires an active internet connection with a minimum download speed of 10 Mbps (HD) to 25 Mbps (4K). Nexus4KTV is not responsible for stream degradation caused by local Wi-Fi congestion or ISP speed limitations.
Subscribers agree not to re-stream, re-sell, redistribute, or publicly broadcast Nexus4KTV streams without explicit written authorization.
We continuously optimize our server infrastructure and channel list. Channels, VOD titles, and EPG schedules may be updated or replaced periodically to ensure maximum streaming quality.
